Box Build Service: EMS relating to PCB&PCBA

PCB(Printed Circuit Board) and PCBA(PCB Assembly, Components Mounted on Board) are core elements of electronic products but they have to be assembled and integrated with other hardware parts: wire harness, enclosure(plastic, metal, 3D printed, etc), display(LCD, TFT, etc), overlay, LOGO, by screws, nuts and sometimes glue, as final electronics products, below is box build assembly process.

Box build assembly process:

● Install PCBs&PCBA into enclosures(plastic PP/ABS, metal aluminum/stainless steel, CNC, metalsheet, 3D printed, etc)

● Connect wire harness(Sometimes swap with step 1 above)

● Integrate other mechanical parts, hardware, accessories, etc

● Overlay, label, LOGO, etc on the outside of enclosures

● Power on and going through functional testing（sometimes set on simulation platforms with assisting accessories)

● Clean and pack into carton box
