High Precision:

Placement accuracy reaches 卤20 micrometers (Cpk鈮1.0). Employing high-resolution multi-view digital cameras and advanced servo control technology, they ensure accurate placement of micro-components (e.g., 01005) and fine-pitch components (e.g., 0.3mm BGA), significantly improving product yield.

High Speed:

Flagship models such as YSM40R achieve placement speeds up to 200,000 components per hour (200,000 CPH). The YSM20R also reaches speeds up to 95,000 CPH, meeting the needs of high-volume production, effectively shortening product production cycles, and increasing capacity.

Strong Versatility:

Capable of handling a wide range of components, from 03015 micro-components to large components of 55脳100mm. It can mount resistors, capacitors, BGAs, connectors, and even irregularly shaped components weighing up to 150 grams. A single machine can handle multiple production tasks, making it particularly suitable for production models with diverse product types and small batches, such as automotive electronics and medical devices.

High Intelligence:

Equipped with LCR component verification, it measures component values before mounting to prevent the use of incorrect materials. The software supports automatic optimization of the mounting path, rapid programming, and remote monitoring via mobile devices. It eliminates material errors at the source, reduces downtime, improves overall equipment efficiency, and moves towards intelligent manufacturing in "lights-out factories."

Ease of Use and Stability:

It's compact design ensures long nozzle life and a low failure rate. It provides a "1 STOP SMART SOLUTION" complete line solution, with all equipment sharing a unified software platform. It is operator-friendly, allows for quick setup, and has low maintenance costs. The complete line solution reduces integration issues between different brands of equipment, resulting in smoother production.
